This event was formerly called Stoos: Hike above the clouds (Ridge Hike). However, due to the snow conditions we had to change the location slightly. The meeting time is the same (7:45am at Zurich HB).

Join us for a breathtaking ridge hike at the Vierwaldstättersee (Lake Lucerne) along the Swiss Path.

• Epic Views: Hike above the clouds and witness breathtaking vistas of the surrounding peaks and Lake Lucerne.
• Interesting History: Discover the place where Switzerland was founded and 
• Distance: 12km
• Ascent: 540 meters
• Estimated time: 5 hours

This hike is perfect for:

• Nature lovers seeking breathtaking alpine views.
• Anyone wanting a memorable outdoor adventure in Switzerland.

Don't forget:

• Hiking shoes
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather
• Backpack with water, snacks, and sunscreen
• Hat and sunglasses
• Camera to capture the incredible scenery

We meet in Zurich HB at 07:45. We depart at 08:05 sharp

Return back in Zurich around 20:00

The price includes the train tickets ticket both ways, and also a short boat ride.

If you have a GA, let us know, it is free for you :)

There is only limited capacity for participants 25 years or older. They will be filled first come-first serve. Hence, if you're 25 years old or older, just sign up. There is a chance though that we cannot let you join if all spots have already been filled.

This is a moderate difficulty hike, so please make sure you are fit and well hydrated.
